About Us

There are few things more enjoyable than a good, old-fashioned pig roast. The Swine & Dine Lechon Cook-off and Bazaar at St. John Neumann Catholic School is gearing up again for another successful year.

This annual community event attracts pitmasters from all over Miami to showcase their culinary skills in this competition.

More than 2,000 people are expected to attend this year's event, with more than 25 teams of four competing for top honors.

Teams will be competing for top prizes in 3 categories that include "Best Presentation/Team", “Chicharron” (pork rind), and “Best Taste” and are judged by a panel of local professional chefs.

There are plenty of activities at the event to keep the family entertained. From live music, food vendors and a kid's zone for the young and young at heart.

And if shopping is your thing, then head over for some great deals on handmade items from our many vendors including local artists and crafters at our very own Bazaar.

While you’re having fun, you can feel good about supporting a worthy cause.

Proceeds from this event benefit the St. John Neumann Catholic School and its many valuable programs supporting elementary and middle school education and our family-oriented and faith-based community.
